Today P4 and M3 joined forces in the kitchen. To celebrate the Sinterklaas-days in Belgium,
we created 'marsepein' and we baked some 'zandkoekjes'.
The recipe for marsepein:
Ingredients for 8 persons (just mix together)

we created 'marsepein' and we baked some 'zandkoekjes'.
The recipe for marsepein:
- 500 gr almond powder
- 500 gr powdered sugar
- 2 egs (use only the white)
- Lemonjuce
- Cacaopowder
The recipe for zandkoekjes (just mix together)
- 1 eg
- 125 g caster sugar
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
- 125 grams of butter
- 250 gram of flower
