Winterspuren, 24-01-2013

Weather observations in Winterspüren, Germany.

We observed the weather every day at the same time (10am). The emphasis was to look at:

• The temperature
• Precipitation
• Wind speed and direction
• Clouds 

With the help of a metal symbol we recorded the data on the blackboard (date, temperature)... 

Next we recorded the results on a big weather-recording sheet.

At the same time the children recorded the weather observations in their books .

So that the whole school (classes 1-4) can follow the weather observations, we will hang up the big recording sheet in the assembly hall.

We want to work together with French and Belgian partners so a similar weather observation can take place in order for us to compare our results.
